Dormant Accounts
An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placed). ek777 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of up to Rs 500 per month on dormant accounts. Players will be notified before any fees are applied. Balances that reach zero as a result of dormancy fees may result in Account closure. Reactivation is possible by contacting support.

ek777's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Service Availability

Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party infrastructure failures, and circumstances beyond our control may affect Platform availability. ek777 will endeavour to minimise disruption and provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.
